Terms & Conditions

           First we want to thank you for being here and for your interest in our brand! 

           Terms and Conditions have been put in place with the ultimate aim to ensure we are providing the most open, trustworthy and satisfactory shopping experience for you.

          Please note that our highest priority is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a 60-day return policy. Here are the details:

 

  • Return Period: You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

 

  • Return Packaging Requirements

          Please note all returns must be shipped in their original packaging, which includes the outer box or envelope, the interior gift box (if any), dust bag, product cards, and any material placed inside the item. It's super important for the product to remain protected and intact as it was received. If we receive an item in an unsellable condition, the return will not be accepted. Please note all moonogrammed goods sales are final.

 

  • Return Costs:

     -  Mainland U.S.A. Orders (USPS Prepaid Return Label)

         For orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, we offer a prepaid USPS return label service. If you choose to return items using this option, the return shipping cost may vary approximately from $5.00-$10.00 for one item and $10.00-15.00 for two or more items. In case you use our label, the return shipping fee and any applicable taxes will be subtracted from your refund total. Alternatively, you are welcome to return items using your preferred shipping method; however, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Using a trackable carrier is always recommended.

 

      -  International and Non-Contiguous U.S. Orders

         Please note that for orders outside the contiguous U.S. or international orders, we do not offer prepaid return labels (we are working on this to offer more convenient options). At the moment, customers are responsible for covering all return shipping expenses (postage costs and duties), and we suggest using a trackable carrier to ensure your package’s safe return to our warehouse. In case we receive an item with unpaid return duties, we will pay them upon receipt of goods and deduct the charges from the total refund amount.

 

  • Exchanges: 

          Direct exchanges are not available at the moment. If you wish to exchange your product for any other available size and/or color, please click here and fill out a product exchange form. If you have any questions, please reach out to info@mycerana.com for customer service assistance. We are happy to guide you through the process and ensure you receive a desired product. 

 

  • Refund Process: 

         Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. It might take a couple of days to see it reflected in your account.
